The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) intends to engage a new Ombudsperson. The central role of the Ombudsperson is informal conflict resolution. The Ombudsperson shall provide guidance and make recommendations, but shall not have decision-making powers.
Services should be available for up to 12 working days per month and can be delivered virtually or at the Bank’s Headquarters in London. The days are to be identified by the selected Ombudsperson and there should be some flexibility, within reason, to meet demand.
